EXCHANGES & RETURNS

1/ RETURN YOUR ITEM TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE

You have 14 days from receipt of the package to return your order to an exchange if it is due to size or color problem.

To make a return, thank you to advance to a request for return by sending an email to the address contact@fourrure-privee.com indicating your order number and the item concerned and the reasons for your request for exchange. In return you will receive an email telling you the number agreed.

The return is done at your expense and the item in question must be sent to:

Items must be returned properly protected, along with their number of return, in their original packaging. The / the label (s) should / should not have been removed (s). Items must be in perfect condition for resale (not damaged, damaged or soiled by the customer), with all their accessories, copy of the attached invoice. May not be taken any package for which no evidence to identify the sender (name, address, order number etc ...) or if one of the mandatory return clauses cited above do would not be met. 

Costs and return redirection risks are your responsibility. It is your responsibility to keep all evidence of this return. We recommend you return your package "package tracking insured" in order to know when your package has been received and to be reimbursed for the loss of the latter by the carrier. To the extent that the requested item is in stock, we block it from your application to ensure its availability and we will send you upon receipt of the returned parts. To the extent that the relevant article is no longer in stock, then we will proceed to a refund..

Excluded from the above provisions, the customized products that can not be refunded or exchanged under Articles L 121-2 of the Consumer Code.

2/ RETOUR DE VOTRE ARTICLE POUR UN REMBOURSEMENT

You have 14 days from receipt of the package to return your order to process a refund after return. The procedure is the same as for a return fir an exchange.
