You have 14 days from receipt of the package to return your order to an exchange if it is due to size or color problem.
To make a return, thank you to advance to a request for return by sending an email to the address email@example.com indicating your order number and the item concerned and the reasons for your request for exchange. In return you will receive an email telling you the number agreed.
The return is done at your expense and the item in question must be sent to:

Items must be returned properly protected, along with their number of return, in their original packaging. The / the label (s) should / should not have been removed (s). Items must be in perfect condition for resale (not damaged, damaged or soiled by the customer), with all their accessories, copy of the attached invoice.
